Data Protection & Security
Any information that is held on file by us is for the sole purpose of ensuring that orders arrive in a timely manner, to the correct person and to the correct destination. Emails may be sent informing you of special offers, new product launches or limited time offers. You can have your information removed at any time from our database by emailing proshop@killarneygolfclub.ie

Delivery Time-frame
It is in our own interest as well as yours to have deliveries packaged and dispatched as soon as possible but please allow up to 30 days for delivery. All deliveries are covered for damage or loss in transit. (delivery time may be delayed due to the current global crisis)

Shipping & Availability
The standard rate for shipping is €10 and is added to your total before payment is processed. If an item were to be ordered that was out of stock then one of our members of staff will contact you directly to explain your options. This may happen very rarely as our system is not completely synchronised with the online shop.

Return Policy
If you need to return anything contact: proshop@killarneygolfclub.ie and we will be happy to assist you. Returns must be done with 30 days of receiving the delivery. If you require a refund/replacement then if that could be stated when sending the email and the nature of the issue. It would be advisable that returned items were insured by you as you will be liable for them if they were to get damaged or lost in transit while being returned. We will cover the return shipping charges when the wrong item has been sent out by us or if it has arrived in a defective state.

Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund for 5 days from the day of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them and must be in a re-saleable condition. Items that are returned that are not fit for resale (outside of defective items) will be subject to a review and charges may apply or will affect the refund amount you are entitled to. Killarney Golf & Fishing Club reserves the right to make changes/updates to the above policies at any time and the final decision on any of the above policies lies with Killarney Golf & Fishing Club. We will always try our very best to look after each and every customer where possible.
